- 3 cups yogurt Greek or plain yogurt
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk or milk of your choice
- 3/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
How to make Chia Seed Pudding
Take a medium-sized mixing bowl that will fit into your fridge overnight.
Add plain Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and whole milk and combine together.
Next add chia seeds and immediately stir with a whisk or spoon.
Melt honey and add to the bowl. Give it a good stir and place it into the fridge overnight or for 2 to 3 hours.
The next morning (or 2-3 hours later) add whipped cream and gently stir it in.(a 3/4 cup of whipping cream makes 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream) Serve with fresh fruit and granola!
