This is called The Ultimate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe for a reason! Super creamy, healthy, lots of protein, and a quick and easy breakfast or snack. This is not your average Chia pudding!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups yogurt Greek or plain yogurt
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup whole milk or milk of your choice
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

The next morning add

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream

How to make Chia Seed Pudding

  • Take a medium-sized mixing bowl that will fit into your fridge overnight.
  • Add plain Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and whole milk and combine together.
  • Next add chia seeds and immediately stir with a whisk or spoon.
  • Melt honey and add to the bowl. Give it a good stir and place it into the fridge overnight or for 2 to 3 hours.
  • The next morning (or 2-3 hours later) add whipped cream and gently stir it in.
    (a 3/4 cup of whipping cream makes 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream)
  • Serve with fresh fruit and granola!
